The traffic light in front of Forts Ferry school cycles 24/7 even when school is not in session. I think the light should be set to blink (Yellow on Forts Ferry and red on Elenor when school is not in session.

I often have to stop for the light to cycle when there is no traffic coming from the school or Elenor Pl.
