Riding down Front St in the Fair Haven section, i couldn't help but notice "Speed Humps" from Grand ave ,all the way down to Lombard st... My problem is ; there is no "SPEED HUMPS" by the park Children are running back and forth across front st and cars are speeding like crazy..Maybe their lives dnt matter ,only the rich educated people down the st , hope to see one in by summer ! thank you
