Due to a limited number of electricians currently employed to perform street lamp repairs (we currently have 2 electricians and are in the process of hiring 2 more) it will take time to address street lamp issues that have been posted on SCF. We are however, taking a proactive approach to addressing these requests. Please also be aware that we are not currently operating with a night crew, so if you are unable to obtain a pole ID #, please include as much detailed location information as is possible, such as the block the street lamp is on as well as the two cross streets. You can also include street addresses the are close to the street lamp you are reporting about. Thank you.
