Update from Pavement Maintenance: this is a private roadway not maintained by the City

The Pinellas County Property Appraiser shows that all lots on 70th Ave N (alley that runs along the north side of drainage canal 15) are the same size. Why is it that one section (between 7th & 8th streets) is viewed as 'privately owned", while the other section (east of 7th St) is maintained by the city ? As tax payers, are we not entitled to equal service ?

What i dont understand is why the city came through and posted no parking signs on every pole but yet they say its private property and we have to maintain the alley road. This road is getting worse. Fix it please.
