Every year the same houses on my street consistently fail to shovel their sidewalks. This year it hasn't snowed, but with the first snowfall last night again these same houses are not shoveling. I have an elderly disabled mother who has to walk,
. the block to get to the bus stop. The houses are: 75, 81, 87, 90. I've called the DGS phone number about these houses last winter.
