If someone is driving under the speed limit how is it a safety issue? Its the peope that are driving like animals or like they are in the Indie 500.

I agree! But, the people that drive under the speed limit here must also drive vehicles that are not equipped with turn signals, and vehicles that take great effort to drive between those lines. Also periodic brake tapping (for no reason) seems to be common here or slowing down at clearings and speeding up through school zones.

I agree with you theThinker. I do not agree with you saying that I am acting worse than a "common criminal". To compare me with child molesters, rapists and murderers who by definition are worse than the common criminal, is a little harsh, don’t you think? I work at the Pen and have worked at 9 different Federal institutions across Canada. To compare someone's driving skills (habits) to that worse than a common criminal? Perhaps you need to educate yourself and come and visit where I work and I beg of you to find someone in there for hogging a turning lane, because out of the 9 I have worked at, I have yet to meet one. I’m simply saying that I am guilty of this and have given my reason (no excuse) so, please have me arrested and put in prison with all the other men guilty of entering a turning lane too early because by your definition I should be housed with those defined at the beginning of this paragraph.
