BOTH SIDES of this stretch of 42nd Ave. is strewn with garbage bags, both intact and torn apart. There are at least 6 full garbage bags on the corner of 42nd & Bancroft. There is a mattress on the west bound side between the intersections of Bancroft & Bond...can't miss it, it's tilted up against the fence. There are 2 tires dumped on the eastbound side near Burger King along with all kinds of litter. The weeds need to be cut down all along this stretch of 42nd where it seems that anything goes and NOBODY seems to take the time to report the awful mess. Why live this way?!
