Descripción

Tow truck ran the red light at n/b Howe at Crown. Then it turned around in the gas station pulling out into traffic going the wrong way on Howe and blocked the right lane. Truck then started backing up still facing the wrong way causing a dangerous situation for oncomming traffic and cars turning right off Crown.
