Do I get a private contractor to handle this or can the city do this work within the next 4 weeks? Please advise--want to solve before the snow flies!!

The tree has been inspected and prioritized for action. A PRIVATE CONTRACTOR CAN BE USED. FIRST, YOU MUST FAX OVER TO THE PARKS DEPT. AT 203-946-6556, THE COMPANIES ARBORIST LICENSE, AND INSURANCE POLICY WITH THE CITY ADDED AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED. THEN IT CAN BE INSPECTED BY THE CITIES ARBORIST FOR APPROVAL.
