Description
Every time there is any type of rain, there is a manhole located on the corner of 8th and Beatie Street, the manhole slides off and becomes open for someone to step into. The people who own the house closest to the manhole are always out in the rain constantly shutting the manhole so no one falls into it. This is a constant problem and possibly a danger to any small children.
