Heading Southwest on Clifton from Wake Forest Road towards Frank Street - At the top of Harding coming down towards the intersection of Frank & Clifton, the Stop sign is completely blocked and unable to be seen. I have seen many cars BLOW through this intersection during our walks to school in the morning putting many children and walkers in extreme danger.
