Opis
If crossing 4th street and heading to Hill St. it is very difficult to see if traffic is coming because cars are parked on the west side of the road right up to the intersection. There have been multiple accidents here because of poor visibility. There install a traffic light or have no parking signs on the south side of the intersection to improve visibility of on coming traffic.
