Modern Tampa Bay Homes builder at 1900 Crescent Lake Blvd. Construction site continually using on licensed contractors with either out of state plates and/or no company name or contractor license on their vehicles ( See picture of van with no information on it) Contractors are constantly blocking right of way and access to neighbors homes. See pix. Also see pix with contractors license plate. Police have come out to address multiple times, but contractors continue to inparka block right of way.
