Actually, I think you could start with our Neighborhood Specialist, Laurie Lopez-Johnson at 203.946.7732 , email address llopez@newhavenct.net.
Laurie has met with a group from the Chatham Square Neighborhood, specifically on the matter of blighted properties. This is a complex matter, and one that the LCI cannot always solve easily.
I'll take a look at the property too, and communicate with Laurie personally.
