Look the property is owned by one of New Haven Police force. I have LCI, I have spoken to a member of the police force. I have even mentioned to the Alderperson and no one really gives sh--.

Any luck with the EPA.?You may also try the police chief office and internal affairs.

Nothing has been done to stop this from happening. All the city department that are suppose to help keep the city clean have seemed to have turned there backs on this issue.
