Saddly people keep dumping their unwanted pets in the park. And they come into the area looking for food because they are NOT wild and can not fend for themselves like the losers that dump them think. I know that New Haven cat project has been in the area several time trapping and fixing them. But there is nothing else that can be done.

There are agencies that spay/neuter and return the cats to the colonies but I don't know the names of them. Perhaps
there is someone who does rescue that could help.
