I truly wish the culprits could be observed by me while in the act. The dumping most likely occurs overnight so increased patrols or preferably some cameras would deter/stop the activity. I believe their vehicles can be impounded/taken for this practice which should be seen as an additional incentive for the city to revamp how they are dealing with this exponentially worsening issue. Furthermore, I am tiring of constantly having to report this issue but I believe that by me not doing so will have additional adverse consequences for this neighborhood. If the city continues with the status quo then I request that a payloader and truck go to this area every other day to pick up the dumping that is almost guaranteed to be there.

Heights, they can go every other day or just declared this an area a dumping area. Another sutution is cameras.
