A huge bump in the asphalt sidewalk resulting from a blown over tree is a big walking hazard. This has been multiply reported for several years and ignored by the city. This particular hazard exists on sidewalks that are already designated as among the worst in New Haven. Is the city waiting for a lawsuit?
