The property is disgusting. Porch is rotting, lattice on front was ripped loose, likely by squatters trying to get in (again) through the cellar. Big pile of old wood was dumped in front yard by workers over a year ago - now that's a rotting mess attracting urine. Beer cans and bottles scattered around yard, rubbish (including underwear) tangled in the shrubbery by the fence, dog feces by the gate. Vagrants are using the porch as a urinal. I know it's a bank-owned @#$% property, but it's getting out of hand.
