  Totally agree with limiting amount of time for boats at this public dock, three hours seems reasonable. This is a public space and needs to be shared. Some enforcement will be necessary as I have seen boats stay for several weeks making it very difficult to pick up passengers or provision a boat.

  Recently a 50 plus foot boat was docked at the public pier for 2 weeks. It is gone now but returns frequently. The owner of that boat also stores his truck and horse trailer in the parking lot reserved for those who launch boats at the ramp.

  The 50 foot boat is back it is going on 2 weeks now. It seems that when that boat leaves another smaller sailboat takes its place for another two weeks.

  I wanted to use the public dock yesterday to pick up guests, but could not due to this large boat which seems to be tied up there permanently now.
