We have found ads and have complained in last year to the building dept. But this is one of 2 illegal rooming houses...the grass is waste high. They start illegal construction in the back which is the side of a mountain and most def. needs permits. This place is for LCI, the building dept and zoning...need one city person to head that up and handle it.....if you are reading this and are from the city...you may be our champion....please get this place under control.

You may be better off calling because many city departments don't monitor this site on a regular basis. You may also want to call your alderperson

Still and the grass has not been cut once this year it is waist high.....were are the LCI reps?? Are they not at the least supose to do a drive through every so often...it is not hard to see this is a slumlord with an illegal rooming house. Getting every buck out of his investment.
