on behalf of constituent, "Just wondering what the procedure and time frame is for no working fire hydrant. Yesterday after much ado the " Out of Order" sign was left on the only working fire hydrant on my cul de sac which has no other access to another one that I can see from many adjoining streets. This is Pearl St Extension. Thank god they checked, haven't seen a check before but just wondering what happens now."
