This is becoming more of a problem. Twice people have been found sleeping or inhabiting this property since the fence has fallen down. The neighbor has confronted someone directly and only because he was much bigger than the squatter was he able to avoid confrontation as the squatter got belligerent and challenging. The neighbor has attempted to repair the fence only to have the boards kicked out again by the person gaining illegal entry there. This really is a problem needing attention and I am surprised that code violations has not responded to it. I'm fearing that someone is going to get hurt again there.
