Descrizione

This apartment, part of a triplex on the corner of N. Ralph and E. Seneca has been empty for years. The property isn't well maintained and has been deteriorating. A section of the fence to the apartment collapsed which now allows entry to the back yard. A couple days ago the police were called when a woman entering the property through the broken fence was assaulted. At the very minimum the fence needs to be repaired and if a greater good were to come about the property better maintained in general.
