Agreed that anything that needs an immediate response should be phoned in to the City department that is appropriate.. the Mayor's Office if you're not sure.

If it was called in it should have been mention in the post.

It would be helpful to mention that it was called in, but not everybody thinks of that..
Don't be too much of a stickler for 'rules' .. the main point is for New Haven people to work together to solve problems and get things that need to be done done. There are already enough bureaucratic rules to get people stuck in.

By me mentioning it hopefully in the future people will. Many times if it is not mention it was called in and it is a safety issue I will call it in. If I am aware it was called in it would save me some time.

XYZ, I agree with that.. actually.. just don't be too hard on them if they don't.

Below are my first two posts concerning this matter. Please Please tell me how this is being too hard? I would also welcome other peoples comments. If nothing is said things will just remain the same.
This site is not monitor 24/7 by the city. This should have been phoned in, then posted and in the post mention that it was called in.
