I wrote to our alderperson last fall who said he called the city-but nothing was ever done. The friends of Edgewood park, as well as the Park employees, are not allowed to clean this up.
With spring around the corner I'm afraid the area will only be worse with new growth. Perhaps all the neighbors can write the Adlerperson and see if something can be done.
