I have called the Parks dept and guess what the stumps are still here, so I am not closing this until the stumps are ground down to ground level.

I will make another call this week and I will get another excuse, but you can bet your boots down town New Haven is taken care of.

Well as of last week at the stumps have been ground down to the surface of the tree belt. Now the parks department needs to come back and clean up all the ground up tree stumps. Now it would be nice if they could come back and pick up the pile of ground up wood.
They will more than likely have to put up NO Parking signs and hope the idiots that live on this side of the street don't take them down
