All timing were checked and compared to width of crossing. All clearance times (Flashing Don't Walk) satisfied NCDOT standards. The walk sign means to begin walking, the clearance time is time needed to cross. If flashing don't walk has already begun before starting to cross do not begin crossing and wait for next cycle. Signs are located push-buttons. However, staff did adjust the walk time to give a larger window to begin crossing.
