Recently Southern Connecticut Gas Company installed new gas service to 49 Warren St. When the street was repaired they left it higher than the rest of the of the street causing a dam along the curb. This affects 46,50, 52 Warren Street.The water cannot reach the storm drain the flooding causes the water to remain stagnant
