The curb cuts for the accessible crossings at the corner of High and Crown streets have a large drop from the curb cut concrete to the street pavement. This makes it not possible for some wheel chairs to use the curb cuts due to the excessive height difference from the street pavement level to the curb cut and sidewalk.
