I just walked past this spot, and it has not been cleaned. Why would you say that the request has been completed and close the issue when that simply is not true?

It looks like there was a half-hearted effort to clean up some of the glass, but broken glass remains around the city's trash can. This is a simple job that can be completed with a broom and dust pan. This is now the 4th time I have asked the city to take care of this. I am sure that if I left broken glass on the sidewalk in front of my house I would be ticketed by the city. The city should apply the same standards to its property.
