Limb was removed this morning.

But why was the tree warden not notified. They can be fined for removing a limb for a city tree without permission. Send video to the parks department. Unless this is another one of those "rules" that isn't enforced like throwing snow and leaves into the street.

I want the city to acknowledge this problem.
