I've posted concerns and warnings about this hollow tree for 2 years, finally the tree is breaking down. Large limb is now blocking both lanes of Edwards street. And the New Haven Arborist has examined this tree? This tree needs to be safely removed now, before the next limb gives in on top of a passing vehicle or pedestrian! This has gone on long enough, just take care of it already!
