Description
There is a large abrupt bump in the sidewalk that is constantly causing people to stub their toes and trip. today an elderly woman tripped and fell face first. her nose was bleeding profusely and wrist as well. she refused an ambulance, and probably saved the city from a big lawsuit. this is awful and should be addressed immediately!
