I called the number and they said it's sanitation who deals with it since it has no identifiers. So no luck there. And it was again at the hydrant this morning

It's there again. But it had a plate with a passenger in the car. Plates on the back though (no fron plate t as per ny regulations)

When is something going to be done? How slow can the city get? A traffic cop told me its the trick that people do. Sanitation is supposed to tow it but by time anyone comes its gone. It really makes the block look JUNKY with this car!

It still parks there every morning. 311 reports are always placed but not a thing done. Other cities would of booted and towed
