The residents of 7020 Southmoor St Apt 2206 throw late, loud, disruptive parties almost every weekend. The attendants smoke, get drunk, and always end up outside the apartment, disrupting everyone in the building who is trying to sleep during Howard County's designated quiet hours. The police have been called multiple times, but they either don't show up or don't care.
