Technical Services investigated and found no actionable issues. Green belts and lawns are higher than the sidewalk which could cause pooling/ice in the winter - this issue is closed.

Isn't the greenbelt and sidewalk City property? Can DPW do something to lower/modify the greenbelt to improve drainage?

per our sidewalk policy, we are not taking action on sidewalks that only flood during winter conditions. We are focusing on ones that do this in the summer first when drainage in unfrozen conditions should be happening.
