Sharraxaadda

I was driving eastbound on the 91 in the carpool lane, on friday 12/2/16 high winds caused one of the big orange diamond construction signs to break and fly right on my car causing major damages. Trying to figure out what to do since i dont want to pay my insurance deductable due to damages i didnt cause on my vehicle. Any advice. Floreslupe34@yahoo.com
