The pitbulls (used as guard dogs) that reside at Hard Crops Iron Works located 46 Beatrice St are constantly off leash and coming across the street onto 20 Read St. 20 Read St is a community composed of 44 garden style apartments with children in almost every unit. The owner of pitbulls and Hard Corps Iron Works does not care. We have contacted him multiple times regarding his dogs coming onto private property to no avail. The owner has made no attempt to keep his pitbulls on his property.
