Count's Waste (845)355-4500 does this Myrtle and South Lake Avenue every Wednesday at 3:30am. They back up down the street and go through red lights and hit parked cars. I witnessed it today. Several moving violations on top of the noise that woke me up.

3:08 AM backing into the parking lot, sitting and idles for a few minutes before leaving. When is something going to be done about this?
