No0e, this does not work. I have called, neighbors have called and for nothing. Nothing happens. This isn't safe. It's a fire hazard, a sanitation hazard, and it is bringing crime from out of the neighborhood. It's bringing drugs too. Something must be stopped and calling isn't doing anything.

I have been trying for many years now to get the City of Oakland to address the illegal occupancy of the Stonehurst property. Lately I have decided to call the OPD overtime I see an issue at this property because See Click Fix does not ultimately address the unsafe conditions inside the building. This property is another Ghost Ship in the making. It already caught fire once this past August and nothing at all was done to clear the building of the people living there illegally. At least if I call the OPD they can't say that the proper authorities were not contacted.

Sadly dealing with most agencies in Oakland is a full time pro-bono job. Code enforcement is one of the worst you to do all the leg work they need prodding. Good luck with this disaster in the making.
