Beschreibung
To utility box covers, one labeled telephone, are cracked and posed to trap unsuspecting people of average or above average weight. With Westerville playground and homes for the elderly nearby I fear injury is imminent. I didn't explore further fearing poison covered pikes lay beneath! (while I jest in my reporting I believe this to be a public safety matter)
