Despite numerous complaints to Colonie PD,and no easy way to contact NYS DOT, this problem persists unabated. Colonie tells me the light belongs to NYS,and several years ago NYS DOT told me just the opposite. Same, to a lesser degree, for the light at Sparrowbush Road.
