Handicap parking is in great need to be cleared it's on the odd side of street there has been only one pass made by a plow and that was last evening made by a private contractor who was kind enough to help out a physically challenged citizen. Now I know that there are priorities with which routes need to be cleared in order to make sure we are safe but I would like to say that within the amount of time from the end of the storm until now it seems that there has been only minimal amount of work being done to ensure that private citizens are safe and confident that the city will make our streets and highways passable in a reasonable amount of time
