This is the same property whose fence (visible in this picture) was hanging into the sidewalk last summer with sharp barbs pointing out. They are a nuisance property.

The adjacent property owner cleaned the rest of their property nicely. If the ticket is less or the grace period is too long, then that is a problem for New Haven. This property is the 300 State St Parking Lot. They seem to have forgotten this segment of sidewalk.

They can't enforce the ticket even if they gave it, that's why the system doesn't work and people don't clear there walks.

No repercussions.

Never resolved by City, benign neglect.
