Usually from 9am-11am, then a second shift with a different person for the rest of the day.

This is also a problem on Trumbull Street intersection with Orange Street, especially at rush hours. Very bad impression for the city. And New Haven has enough resources for homeless people that this should not be happening. It is ridiculous to see able-bodied men in their teens/twenties hanging out begging for money.
