Per Technical Service Inspection - Sidewalk damage at this location was pre-existing contractor did repair greenbelt area. We will add this sidewalk damage to the repair list

I've attached a Google view showing the pre-existing sidewalk in excellent condition. As a witness to the construction, I can testify that the tracked excavator ruined this section of sidewalk as I watched.

Documentation is of a private contractor.
The Department of Public Works considers this request closed.
