Description

Potential safety hazard:
Westbound D street to southbound Lincoln. Additional left hand turn lane created with no proper light signaling ( two lanes turning left without left turn only signaling) competition with eastbound traffic
Note high pedestrian traffic area. Someone is going to get in an accident !!!
