A. The fountain is STILL broken and is now a prime breeding ground for mosquitos. Why is this such a Herculean task to fix? At least make sure the fountain is drained of rain water until it's repaired. We should be diligent at mitigating standing water especially with the threat of West Nile and possibly Zika.
