The car jacking reported on the news last Wednesday May 10 originated at the city-owned commuter lot at State and Wall. The victim reported seeing 3 teens loitering at the edge of the lot but assumed someone was picking them up, so was surprised by the confrontation as he exited the vehicle. Fortunately, the victim is ok and the teens were apprehended quickly with the help of witnesses. Please continue to be vigilant and note any unusual situations (like teens at a commuter lot where there should be only adult commuters).
